City-sponsored grant programs are funded during the annual budget process. 

Community Grants

The City of Rockaway Beach runs two Community Grant programs – a Small and a Large – to provide support to non-profit, not-for-profit organizations, and community entities that serve the Rockaway Beach community. 

2024-2025 Community Grant Program
Applications open February 3, 2025

Facade Improvement and Marketing Grants

The facade improvement and marketing grants will open on March 1 with a deadline to apply on April 20, 2025.

Available funding for the Facade improvement Grant is $200,000 with a maximum request of $30,000, with no match required.

Available funding for the Marketing Grant is $30,000 with a maximum request of $3,000, with no match required.

2023-2024 Facade Improvement Grants Report

During the 2023-2024 budget process, the City made $200,000 available to the community in the form of Façade Improvement Grants.  The Tillamook County Visitors Association (TCVA) managed the grant process.

Rockaway Beach Grant Writing Classes

Tillamook County Visitor’s Association will hold a grant writing class to assist Rockaway Beach businesses with the City of Rockaway Beach’s grant application process.
