Rockaway Beach Emergency Preparedness
We have all witnessed the serenity interrupted by violent storms, high winds, flooding, slides, fallen trees and power lines.
Not to mention a Tornado or the unimaginable Tsunami.
In many of these events, resources providing assistance will be very limited.
Power can be cut off for hours, days and perhaps weeks.
We cannot control the elements, but we can control our preparation and our response.
We can prepare ourselves to assist our family first and then be an aid to neighbors in need of support.
