• Renewal applications must be completed online at the renewal link below.
• STR owners must have access to a valid email account to complete the renewal process.
• Completed application and payment must be received no later than July 31, 2025, or license will expire.
• Certificates will be emailed to STR owners to print.
• Review the STR Registration How To Guide before you begin.

Get ready to renew!
Prepare the following documents for upload in pdf or image format. Renewals must be completed in one session. You will not be able to save your progress and return later.

1. Image of house or address identifier that is visible from the street. (Image taken from the street)
2. Image of required identification sign posted on property and visible from the street. (Image taken from the street)
3. Close up image of identification sign including short-term rental license number, email address and a contact telephone number for the owner or local agent. (Leave license number blank if new application)
4. Parking plan diagram notice outlining the required off-street parking provided within the rental that identifies the number and location of off-street parking spaces for renters.
5. Statement of liability insurance coverage from insurance company.
