Public Meeting Law (PML) Grievances
State law gives the Oregon Government Ethics Commission (OGEC) authority to enforce Oregon’s Public Meetings Law (ORS 192.610 to 192.705). To report a violation of Public Meeting Law (PML) by a City meeting body, a written grievance may be submitted to the City Recorder by email to cityrecorder@corb.us or in person at City Hall,  Monday – Thursday, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.  See thePublic Meetings Law Grievance Policy for details.

Middle Housing Code Update Town Hall

Wednesday, February 26, 2025 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Join us! Oregon Senate Bill 406 (SB406) requires Rockaway Beach to update its zoning code to allow middle housing (duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes, townhouses, cottage clusters, etc.). Consulting firm Cascadia Partners will conduct this Town Hall for community members to learn more and provide input.
